Another surprising reason why you might not be getting enough sleep is because of bed bugs. A lot of people think they couldn’t possibly have bed bugs in their house because their sheets are clean. But it can easily be passed on via guests or even a package. Therefore, if you find you are scratching your skin and are finding it hard to sleep, you might have these pests. That way, your stomach has time to digest the food before it’s time to head to the land of nod.

It’s so important that you maintain a good temperature when it’s time to get some sleep. After all, you will struggle to sleep if you are too cold or hot.
