"Healthy" Recipe: Pink Stuff

Okay, so "healthy" is in quotes because we might not think of healthy as the same thing, friends. For instance, I think something low in fat and calories might be healthy, but you might think I am insane for eating sugar-free Jello-O that obviously has red dye in it.

For me, it was about dropping half my goal of weight loss first (20 pounds), THEN it was about incorporating exercise in so I would actually FEEL good enough to exercise and not be carrying around those 20 extra pounds when I was exercising. Jiggle-cising is NOT fun, people. In the future, once I have a handle on my eating issues and am healthier, I will focus more on cutting out some of the processed things I eat. Maybe.

Anyway, here is one of my favorite things to eat (the kids love it, too!) when I am dying for sweets but need to keep the calories low since I'm still on Weight Watchers. This has almost a point value of ZERO ... I give it like a point per cup just for fun, though.

Take a container of strawberries (a pound?), a small container of fat-free Cool Whip and a package of sugar-free strawberry Jell-O. Cut up the strawberries and mix it all together. That's it.


Sorry about the sideways picture ... my camera and laptop and Blogger like to mess with me sometimes. I take it all in stride.
