Christmas Baking: Heavenly Coconut Chocolate Bars

It's never too early to make your Christmas Baking Plan! These little gems go fast in my house when I make them, and they are so easy that now the kids can make them too. They are the perfect dessert for someone who has just had a baby, and they are certainly always on my list for a food gift to give during any holiday!

Here's the recipe for these sinful bars I like to bake and give as Christmas goodies to people I like. Then I bake a batch just for me and snack on them out of the fridge until I get a sugar headache. They rock.

1 stick butter
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup chocolate chips (or more!)
1 cup butterscotch chips (or substitute more chocolate chips or white chocolate chips or whatever you like)
1/2 cup shredded coconut (or more if you love it like I do)

Melt the butter and pour it into a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over it and mix it all up. Pat it down in the pan. Pour the milk evenly over the crumbs. Sprinkle on the chips and coconut. You can add nuts if you like them. Press it all down with a spatula. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden brown. Cool for 1/2 hour then cut into bars. So good straight from the fridge! ONLY 200 calories and 11 grams of fat per bar!
