Jamberry Nail Wrap Roundup Posts: Frugal Fashion and #Giveaway

Jamberry nail wraps are like a CrockPot on my fingers: fix it and forget it. I love setting up the slow cooker and walking away from it and I know my dinner will be ready later. I also love putting on my jams and knowing they will last at least 10 days, and those 10 days pass fast around here. I can't imagine having to paint my nails daily, and that's just one boring color usually! Here are some Jamberry Nail Wrap posts since I am obsessed.

And here is the GIVEAWAY!

WHEN THE PARTY IS OVER
Check out this post about how I took the wraps off after one month and my nails are healthier and longer than when I started.

WEDDING DAY NAILS
This is a little ditty about my wedding day and how I got my nails did and how it didn't quite work out.

JAMBERRY NAIL CHECK-IN
Here's a nail check-in from the last set I had on.

THIS IS GETTING OUT OF HAND
Here's where I talk about my Jamberry nail dreams at night. Something is seriously wrong with me.

THESE THINGS STAY ON?!
Here I wax poetic about how I'm freaked out that these things stay on through my typing, dish-doing (Mr. Kerrie may argue that one) and day-to-day stuff.

Happy Valentine's Day! Calling Out the People in my Life

*I am doing this blog post with the hope that it will get me out of writing cards

I would first like to say Happy Valentine's Day to my parents, who raised me with so much love so that I could give it to others freely. Mom and Dad, if you ever think I'm super sappy, that would be all your fault for rockin' so hard. Also, Happy Valentine's Day to my step-parents. Thank you for putting up with my parents ... haha!

Happy VD also to my husband, Aron (see, I didn't call you Mr. Kerrie today!). Last weekend he brought me this hunk of soap from the salt mine in Hutchinson and I am loving it ... smells super good. I'm calling that a VD gift so you are off the hook.

Happy VD to my son Joel, who always poses for my blog shots and who brought back rock candy from the salt mine. I love rock candy.

Happy VD to my son Michael, King of All Legos.

Happy VD to my daughter Callie, who is just as much of a Jamberry nail wrap addict as I am.

Happy VD to my daughter Eva, who lazy mops, and it's like looking in a mirror.

Happy VD to my son Samuel, who likes to bake in the buff.

Happy VD also to my awesome friends! I hope everyone has a terrific day! And remember:

Why Host a Jamberry Nails Online Party?

Oh, the mail brought some fun today!

The thing I love about doing a Jamberry party is that I did it all online using Facebook. I created a group and added my friends and if they didn't want to be in the group they could simply leave. Otherwise group members got to participate for chances to win free sheets and half sheets of nails. If you want to do an online party you can click on Jamberry party above and you'll be in touch with my rep.

I now have an entire arsenal of cool nails for every occasion, that's for sure! I got $120 in free product credit, a couple of free packs of nails ($15 each), a lacquer, a heater and then also 5 1/2 price sheets. Oh, and for hosting a $400 party I also got free shipping for THREE MONTHS!

Newsprint on mint; funk; juniors little mo mo; hippie bloom; damask; redwood

Reminisce; that 70s wrap; I'm not sure (maybe a freebie for doing a show?); Christmas trees/lights; Popstar (like old comics!); black bats on purple for Halloween

EVERYTHING plus a heater and there was lacquer that Callie took off with
Updated September 2014: Now I sell these puppies and have done quite well with it since March of 2014 and love being a Jamberry consultant. here is my Jamberry blog.

Happy 9th Birthday to My Daughter Callie!

Callie, left, with her sister Eva, who is younger by almost 3 years
Happy 9th Birthday to my sweet girl, Callie!

We had Callie's name picked out back in 2000 when I was reading The Blind Assassin by Margaret Atwood in New England. Plus I've always loved California, so I tell her she is also named after that great state.

I woke up from a nap snuggled in between my two sons in bed on a Monday around 5 back in 2005. I went to the bathroom and found a baseball-sized blood clot, called an ambulance and my husband (his cell phone rang at our house, meaning he did not take it with him!), my husband's WORK, and my mom to come help with the kids while we were at the hospital. In the ambulance the stoopid chick with me kept talking about a C-section and I didn't bat an eye ... I had this calm feeling that everything was going to be okay.

A friend showed up at the hospital to be a doula for me and it was probably my easiest birth. She was born after 10 and my wonderful mom brought my sons to the hospital. We all slept at the hospital together, a new family of 5.
She made her own birthday banner for her party next weekend! She is very artistic.
Today we get to go ice skating, which is one of Callie's favorite things to do. I'm also surprising her by picking up her best friend for a sleepover. And her Daddy gets home for a little while from Colorado before he has to leave for a Scout weekend and he has a present he got for her in Colorado that she is going to love.

Yep, she got a library card recently. She is doing great with her Explode the Code and ABC Mouse but she is really best at math ... and fashion and organization. She is growing in to a sweet young lady!

She Wants to Marry Me!

Tonight my 6-year-old daughter Eva asks:

"When will you and Daddy's marriage be over? I wanna marry you."

Then she did this laugh that sounds like a dolphin.
