Yes, I am shamelessly plugging this book. It's not like a romance novel with Fabio on the cover with a chick next to him with a ripped bodice. It's much meatier than that. In fact, it's so dang meaty that I find myself skipping through some of the parts that take up my limited brain waves and somehow always seem to stop on the "romantic" parts.
Romantic is right. There's REAL romance then there's the, ahem, other side of romance. This book covers it all. It's full of shocks and surprises, so be prepared to blush a little from time to time.
WARNING to those on NFP: do not read this while you are fertile because I can't guarantee I'll be bringing you a hot meal and a baby gift in 9.5 months, girlfriend. I've got my own issues, mind you.
So check it out and report back to me! Can't wait to see what you think. Oh, and there are a bunch of books in the series, so the fun lasts!
Updated to add a comment by the Pusher who gave me this book (Carrie Horton of You Bow Girl): "For the record, the main characters are Catholic and virtuous at that. And all the racy stuff goes on between a married couple...except for what happens with Jack Randall..."
