Tater Tot Casserole

There are 100 different ways you can make this (just go to and you'll see), so this is my personal recipe (modified from the Duggars' recipe), written the quick and lazy way.

Brown about a pound of ground beef or turkey in a skillet with whatever seasonings you want. I use onion salt and garlic powder.

Put the drained ground beef in the bottom on a sprayed-with-Pam 9x13 pan.

Take about a pound of so of frozen tater tots and place them on top of the ground beef.

Mix a 12-ounce can of evaporated milk and a can of cream of chicken soup, then pour them over the tater tots.

Cook at 350 for about 45 minutes.

Turn the oven off, throw on a ton of cheddar cheese, then leave the casserole in until the cheese melts.
